High Flow Cat vs. No Cat
High Flow Cat vs. No Cat
I live in michigan so there are no emissions laws. I currently have a flowmaster 60 series cat-back. I love the tone it puts out except I really wish it had a bit more depth to it without adding a super raspy tone.
My question is, should I look into a high-flow cat (suggestions are welcome, sound clips would be sweet) or should I cut the thing off all together
I'm after performance gains and (and eventually I plan on adding a set of headers).
feedback is sweet
thanks

I have a magnaflow cat back and recently replaced my stock cat with a Magnaflow high flow cat.

Personally, I think f-bodys with no cat and ANY sort of catback sound like trash (at least the ones I've heard).
If headers are involved, different story.
Would you happen to have any sound clips of a catless flowmaster setup? or know where I could find one
