Electric Fan problem

Am a complete novice - have a 1994 camaro which is overheating - electric fan will not come on - checked the fuse - is this something that a novice can do on own?

scroll down a bit to the fans aren't working at anytime section, it helped me solve mine post back if you still can't get it.

Thanks for the quick info. Am new (as of today) to this site. Where am I scrolling down to/from? Have done searches on "fan" and am having no luck. Any help is appreciated
