Camaro z28 1994 having trouble putting in the passenger side header! Any ideas ?

 

Get the car as high as possible on the front passenger side. Failing that separate the passenger engine mount and jack the motor over slightly for clearance.

If you have not already done so, get yourself a thermal sleeve to cover the PCM harness wires that are on the passenger side. Having learned the hard way with my Hooker shorties, I had been plagued with electrical problems for years because the ceramic coated headers were still running too hot and melting the wires. It took a trip to Firestone for someone to come up with this solution. With that little tid-bit, I hope the install goes well and those headers give you what you seek.
