Ok I was wondering now that I have the engine mounts un done where you jack that side of the engine up by to install the passenger headers, these are jethots by the way. Also is it ok to install the drivers side header before the passenger just wondering since you have to jack the passenger side up and dont want to crush the headers also it looks like we are gonna have to take the drivers side valve cover off is that normal? oh do you need to undo the trans mount to jack the engine up on one side too?

be really careful about jacking up the motor............read the thread i just made (search)

as for removing the valve covers.........i did not have to

my driver side went in from bottom , just removed steering linkage. very easy

my passenger side required removing the starter, and undoing the motor mount and jacking up the motor

put both headers in from the bottom, that worked for me.

having the drivers side header one while you jack the motor up is fine.

dont jack on the oilpan, use the bellhousing. i didnt need to undo my trans mount.
