where to get a new axle?

Need some advice. I bent my axle shaft -- pass. side. I need a new one. They cost 350 at the dealership. Anyone know of a cheaper place - Moser? - to buy one? Should I consider buying used? It's a 93 m6 with lmtd slip, dealership said non lmtd slip was only 100 or so. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

If I was on a tight budget I'd go to an "auto recycler", aka "junkyard". That's where I used to get most of my OEM parts!

Rich, thanks for the advice. I'll make some calls in the morning. I don't suppose you know if A4 lsd and M6 lsd use the same shaft? Thanks again. Nate.
