What trans fluid

I'm getting ready to put my trans back into my LT1 with my new 3400 fuddle stall and I was wondering what kind of trans fluid you guys would recommend. I was thinking about using this new GM dexron 6 (I think that is what it is) its a synthetic or should I go with somthing other like Royal purple?

Dexron III / Mercon. Pick your fav. brand, but there's nothing wrong with the NAPA brand, either. No additives or synthetics are needed.
