hey, is the drain plug the same as the fill plug? if not, where is the drain at? thanks in advance.

Sure isn't. The drain will be towards the back on the passenger side of the car. The fill which I think you've found already is on the driverside kind of in the middle of the trans. It says drain on transmission itself but the plug is further back on the trans. You'll see it.
