Transimission Question

Well I seem to not get a good anwser so Ill try the question in here.

I have a 94 LT1 Z. 4L60E tranny. I no longer like the ID of the COmputer controling my shift points. I want to be able to do this manually. SO heres the question

Sense the 4L60E is basically an Electronic 700r4. IS there anyway to install a MANAUL Valve BODY in the 4L60e tranny REprogram the OBD1 comp and call it good. PLease respond if you know this area of expertise thanks

I believe you can do what you want with a Trans Go shift kit.

Can't see where you've posted this anywhere else. It belongs in "Drivetrain"...... moving it there.

INJ. SOrry about that. I wasn't paying attention when i made the post. NExt time ill pay more attention. ANyway thanks CSJTA I talk to Transgo and they make a KIT that can the 4l60e a FULL manual valve body. The guy i spoke to said that summit makes one too. Yeah im goin to go that route/ IM tired of computer control shifts. WHen I had nitrous. MY shift points where all messed up. Now with the Manaul Valve. I can have Full control of my shift points. IM thinking about a shifter from B and M. There products are awsome. THanks
