TransGo Shift kit for 4l60e...

I see on one of the things it has shims that say to add one for crisp shifts, add two for street/strip shifts, add three for all out race with high stahl. I have a 3200 stahl, should I use 2 or 3? How hard will it shift with 3? Thanks.

Some say it snaps your head back. I found with my 3000 stall that it did do that a bit but not bad. My girlfriend at the time noticed the "head snappage." I would go with 3 if your focus is on performance rather than comfort. I would say it takes a tad away from the comfort side. Although, my trans went out shortly after installing the Transgo Kit but it may have been on the outs anyway. Nonetheless, it has made me cynical of trans shift kits so I won't mess with my transmission again. They are expensive. Good luck.

Again.... PLEASE post on the correct forum. "4L60E" does not belong on "LT1/LT4 Engine Tech". Moving to "Drivetrain".....

This my be a little off topic but I bought the B&M TransPak, I know what u guys are saying about the head snappage thing. I personally like how the car almost seems to lunge forward bc it shifts so hard and fast. Hell, my tranny shifts so hard that it makes my cd player skip. Dustin.
