Transfluid, can I use this?

Transfluid, can I use this?

I have an 01 Z28 A4, Can I use Multivehicle Auto Trans fluid or do I need to go with Dexron?

Is there some reason you can't buy Dexron? That's what I would use.

Yes, I work at an Auto shop and can have it flushed, refilled, and filter changed for $30 due to employee discount, however the shop only supplies Multivehicle Trans Fluid and not DexronIII and we can't add DexronIII to the tank of the trans flush machine for the fear of mixxing trans fluid... The machine pumps new fluid in while sucking old fluid out; however, if the inlet for new trans fluid was to be left disconnect, the pressure difference will literally cause the machine to EXPLODE, so I can't add DexronIII after I flush the system either...

i'm personally not a big fan of using any sort of "universal" transmission fluid
sure you get an employee discount, but this is your tranmission
i think it would be worth the money to get it flushed with dexron 3
