The fact that that 95 trans won't move is not because of the TCC difference. Something is wrong with that transmission or install. I am not sure the Buick is the same in 94, but it probably is. The difference is the 95 uses a PWM TCC solenoid and the 94 does not and there is an extra wire in the harness to the transmission for it.

You will have to swap the tailshaft on the roadmaster trans. It does not have the mount for the torque arm on your Camaro.

Roadmaster/Imp SS/ Caprice/ 2WD truck 4L60E's are interchangeable... As long as the year is correct. Yes, you will have to change the tail housing, which is onlt 4 15 MM bolts. The reason the '95 unit didn't move may have been because of previous damage OR the converter wasn't installed completely in the front pump. If this happens, it will break the pump rotor. Did you have any issues bolting the trans up or turning the converter to put the bolts in?

Im sure he didnt, after using the bolts to draw the transmission into the engine. Once the rotor popped it went in smooth as butter I love when this happens, though it is unfortunate for him. I get at least 2-3 of these cases a year and i can never stress enough to ppl to MAKE SURE the converter is fully seated!
