im doing a th400 swap on my car once I get everything ordered, I think I have every thing worked out other than I was wondering if it will set a check engine light when I dont have the TCC hooked up, if it will does anyone know how to fake out the computer to not throw a code.

I don't think it will throw any codes b/c it's just trans. My car doesn't have any probs and I didn't change anything with the computer and I have a Th350 but I have a 95. But I would try it first. Later
