th400 and my 95 speedometer working together?
i put the new gear in the tail shaft and sensor in my th400. well when i run around 30 or so it is on or around 100mph. can anyone help me with the numbers that are needed in LT1-edit? so i don't have to keep playing with them.

ok lets try this then. i had a m6 in the car and went to a th400. the signal is so far off its unreal. the ecm has tables in it related to mph. so without a speedometer would it not affect the car? so has anyone used a little black box to change the signal before it gets back to the ecm, to correct this issue. i know its easy to say put a a4 tune in the ecm but i am using lt1edit and it is vin locked. so i cant change the vin on the stock bin files i have found, so i can do that.

Since your car an M6 before the conversion, the PCM is expecting 17 pulses per output shaft rotation. You need to program the PCM as an A4. The A4 (and likely the VSS you used on the TH400) puts out the same 40 pulses per output shaft revolution as a 4L60E.
That would mean with the M6 program, your speed is indicating 40/17 = 2.35 X the actual speed.
If you don't want to reprogram, Dakota Digital makes a signal converter box.
