TH350 swap how much loss or gain?

I am pulling the tierd 4l60e in favor of a built TH350. My question is the 1st gear ratio of the TH350 is 2.52 and the 4l60e is 3.06 now I know a TH350 takes less power to turn therefore eating up less HP but how will my 60' times be affected with a drastic loss of gear. I currently run 3.42's and would like to keep them for some streetabiltiy w/o overdrive. I will be running a bigger converter and more HP so I am hoping it will balance out? All I am looking for is 1.6 60's on motor and 1.5's on the gas? The car used to run 1.70's with the stock 3.23's and a 2800 Vigilante so it shouldn't be that far off with less gear and more power. BTW I am also dropping over 100lbs. of weight from the car. What do you guys think? If it doesn't work like I'd like it to I will go with 3.73's in the rear but remeber I currently run 26x10.5 et drags so that helps the gear a little too. I also thought about putting a 2.75 lower first gear in the TH350 but it's expensive and I will try it like this first.

Do you have much wheelspin with the current setup?

It didn't spin much but I am sure with the new setup it would have probably blown the tires with the lower gears and short tires. So I am hoping since it won't have too much gear it may still hookup. later

Do the 460Le's have the same gears as the 700-R4. If so even though you lose a little in first gear, they dont have sch a ginat gear drop between first and 2nd, so the TH-350 would help. Just run a deeper rear gear

Yep same gear ratio. I think it won't hurt the car any N/A and will help a bunch on N20.

I found a nice chart that showed the effective gear ratio of different trnsmissions with different rear gears. If I remember right the 3.42 with the TH350 was very close to a 2.73 with the 4L60E. I went a found the link again.
