Spohn TQ Arm Question?

Has anyone have a problem with the tq arm hitting the tranny tunnel on a 3rd gen? I have the tq arm made for the 6 speed swap w/driveshaft loop. It only happens when I am going slow.

I have the same problem - same crossmember. If your car is lowered, the rear mount can hit the tunnel. Try adding some clearance with a mallet. Also, check your loop - I have an older model one that was round. Steve Spohn told me to put it in a press, and oval it out a bit. Didn't solve this problem, but it did give me better clearances.

I'm about ready to pull the Eibach's and put a new set of stock springs on the car, to see if that solves my problem. I've got a thump up front, but I think that's exhaust related. Good luck - let me know what your solution is.

I had the same thing with my 4th gen I adjusted the lower control arms to fix it.

What did you set the pinion angle to?
