Johnny, Call me anytime. Actually, evenings work better for me, because things settle down a little.

What year is your car?

Yes, I've got a core to build a '95. It would run you $1700 complete + shipping.

Sounds good, but I also need a converter. I have a custom blower cam in thier now. I guess I will have to call the company and see what stall they recomend. I dont want anything to crazy because the majarity of the time I'm on the street. I'm not to sure on how they work as far as when I'm cruising along the highway in OD doing 60 at 2k RPM, and say I have a 3K Stall, I dont dont want to slip that would make it not drivable.

Like I said I dont know to much about converters. My cousin had a low 10's supra and he had a 4500 stall, but was able to lock it up in OD so he could cruise. I need something like that..

Thanks
Johnny

Most all the converters for the 4l60e are lock-up.

Also another happy CPT customer here.

With these cars you can modify the lockup points to taylor it to your combo and driving style...

Oh yeah, not only am I a happy CPT customer I have probably one of the oldest ones out there with many, many years, street miles, and 1/4 passes on it...

You can't go wrong with CPT...

Nice to hear. Sooner or later (I hope later) I'll be in the market for a CPT trans.

Yeah, me too. A few "spirited" nitrous runs and I should be making that call.
