Question Recommendations for tranny and diff fluid brand and weight

I think I'm going to get a TA girdle, and frm researching on here I read to not put symthetic in my diff cuz of the posi.

So what are the recommendations for brand and weight for my 6 spd tranny and 3.42 rear.

I have to say that most any good brand will work fine. I use Kendall ATF in my TH400 and used to also use it in the T56. I also use Kendall 80W-90 gear oil in the rear end with the GM friction modifier.
