rear gets tight
So i had my wheels and rotors off the other day checking the Ebrake. Well i turned the Hubs and both of them seem to turn easy and then they get to a point where it becomes hard to turn. and then it spins easy again. So is somthing wrong or is this normal for the rear. BTW its the stock rear and stock grears that come with the t56
