Why would you ask that on the LT1 Based Engine Tech forum 
?
Manual is a Tremec T5, automatic is a 4L60E. Add a "signature" so people have basic info about your car - year, model, engine, TRANS, and and any major mods.
Moving to "Drivetrain".
