i have a 1996 camaro with a 160 stat, flowmasters, lt4 hotcam, k&n filter, 6 speed, its a lt1 btw, and when im in first second third and even fourth, when i hit the gas it sounds like the tranny like hits my car, but it sounds like it could be just the torque though? when i have change in my cup holder it slams along with a bang that sounds like the tranny, and i was wondering if it was normal, and a random question, how much horsepower do yall think im pushin?

 

sounds like you have a bad or broken trans mount, better get that checked out right away

Not the only thing that could cause the problem, but in 9 cases out of 10 it is the cause. Check it out.

could also be the front torque arm mount. my bolt cam out once and the thing scared the crap out of me when it was banging around
