need help with trans

94 z28 auto all stock will not shift into 3 or 4 whats wrong

Could be a problem in the valve body could be a band not applying or could be some clutches that arent applying.

The 3-4 clutches are cooked. This is a common problem with stock 4L60E's...Or is even still a problem with many rebuilt/modified 4L60E's, if they're not built correctly.
