I've swapped the stock 3.42 gears for 3.90 gears. I got the backlash to 0.011" & now tested the tooth pattern. I want to get a second opinion before I rip it apart to set pinion crush sleeve.

 

Your backlash looks a tad off on the coast side of your ring gear teeth. Depth looks good. This is a new or used ring gear? If new then run it as is you'll be fine. Generally on a new ring gear you focus on the drive side of the tooth and its understood the coasting face wear can be off. Used gear you focus on the coast face more. Typically Backlash is set .006-.010. I set mine on the tighter side.
