Well I hate to make this my first post but to introduce my self my name is Quentin-lee. I own a 94 Z28 LT1 6 speed Camaro. I live in Jacksonville,Fl. Hello all.

Now to Buissness. My trany makes a grinding noise in gear when slowly letting of the clutch(it does not do it when done fast) and adding more throttle. Any help?

 

If any one could realy help me the problem seems to be very slowly but surly getting worse so if some one can help diagnose it would help a lot.

 

It could be the noise that most 6-spds (including mine) have to more or less of a degree. Check out this thread:

The Thread helped some but not exactly the same noise im not sure.In gear there is no grind un less throttle is over 1200+ RPM while SLOWLY letting off the clutch. Would a bad Detent possibly cause the grind or poor lubrication?
