Lightbulb kinda weird question?

I was planning on sending my t-56 to T-56rebuilds, then I found out that a good friend of mine works at DODGE and rebuilds viper trans's. If i were to save the shipping or put more cash into parts can this guy knowing viper t-56's beable to do mine?

I don't see why not?! They're basically the exact same unit, just with slightly different (in the case of the Viper, larger/stronger) parts .

My Dad & I just recently re-built mine, and it was surprisinly MUCH easier than I though it would be! If your buddy knows the T56, I wouldn't hesistate to give yours to him for the re-build .
