Re: i need a slip yoke???

Check locally for a driveshaft shop, places like Drivetrain Specialties & Drivetrian Specialists, junkyard,

Post in the parts wanted section - maybe someone has a OEM drive shaft they don't need - lots of people have upgraded the DS and have the old one laying aorund still.

Maybe you should also list your location in case someone locally can help you out.

Re: i need a slip yoke???

Might want to just get the aluminum DS from a 98-02 LS1 or a 1LE.

I have my stock DS and it was pulled out of the car with only 70,000 miles on it, 12 years ago. Separating the u-joint is the big issue. If you are nearby, you can have it free.

What happened to yours? Bad u-joint, twisted splines, fractured yoke?

im in central fl

and the bushing in the tail shaft of the trans went bad (to much clearance) and it wore a grove about 2inces wide and about 1/8 inch deep in the yoke

Google N3R-3-6081X. That should be the correct one.
