How often do you change your trans fluid?

Just wondering how often changing the trans fluid should be done now that I have a bigger torque converter. I changed the fluid at 30,000 miles and at 50,000 miles, which is when the stall went in. Thanks.

I chenge mine about every 25k miles on my daily driver but on My Z28 I change it every summer since I am running a high stall converter and go racing its subjected to more heat so simply as a precaution I do it at the beining of every summer.

There is no set time or how many miles. You want to "monitor" the fluid by checking it weekly, or if you have done something different, towing, going to the dragstrip, a mountain cruise, overheating of the motor (hope not), etc. If the fluid changes from its original color and or starts to smell burnt, then you need to do a "complete" change asap, and look into what might have caused this. Each individual situation is different, some will go many thousands of miles with no sign of it needing to be changed, others will need to be changed more often, as mentioned above. So do not go by the miles, as you can possibly do damage if the fluid was taxed much earlier than the mileage "due date" to change the fluid.
