How to get bellhousing back ON?

How to get bellhousing back ON?

Any tips on this? It doesn't want to fit back into place et al.

Well, if it's a 4th gen, there are 2 pins on the back of the engine block that align the bell housing. Make sure the pins are clean and the holes in the bell housing aren't blocked. Some light tapping with a deadblow hammer should put it right in place.
