Flywheel Turning

How many times can a stock flywheel be turned, safely? Is there a min thickness spec for this, and if so, anyone know what it is?

I'm trying to nail down an intermittent problem when taking off from a stop. Sometimes, usually in hot weather, the whole car will bounce/hop on take off unless I tach it way up before taking off. Othertimes, usually in cooler weather, it's as smooth as can be.

Also, can a pressure plate be turned, or do you just have to replace it?

Thanks,
Thomas.
