Driveline help, broken

Ok, so i'm not sure what happened but i was racing at the track and all of a sudden i lost my drivetrain. I was in third and at about 5k it redlined and i let out. I then proceded(Sp?) to put the car in 4th and nothing happened. needless to say the car won't move in any gear, including reverse. if you put the car in gear and let off the clutch the speedo will move as if the car is going, but it doesn't Someone told me the fork broke or came loose or something, but i don't see how that would cause this. I didn't hear anything break and nothing leaking, one second it was pulling the next it was like this. The car is a 96 Camaro ss with a t-56 and a spec stage 2 clutch, about 3 months old. any help will be greatly appreciated before i start pulling it apart.

If the speedo is working, it would indicate the tranny is turning the output shaft, since that's where the VSS sensor is located. That would rule out a clutch problem. Would appear to be a problem with the driveshaft, a u-joint or the differential gears. You should just be able to take a look underneath to see where the problem is. If the DS is turning, and the pinion yoke is turning, its the gears.
