Cost and labor worth it to restall 3200 to 3600

Currently have a Yank SS3200 in my 96 camaro. At the time when i put it in my car it was only a bolt on car. Currently has a CC503 with full bolt-ons. Is it worth the cost and the labor to have it changed to a 3600? What will the gains be going form a 3200 to a 3600?
