b&m shifter...is it a ripper?
b&m shifter...is it a ripper?
Well let me say first off that i bought the car used last year. The guy i bought it from is a friend of mine and he only had it a couple months and didnt know alot about it. Well when i was getting ready to install my new pro 5.0 last month, the old shifter that i pulled out had B&M engraved on the topside of it.
I'm wondering, is this a ripper shifter that was previously installed...or did B&M make any other shifter's for the LT1 T56?
It's in really good condition and i want to try and sell it. I just want to make sure i know exactly what shifter it is before i advertise it.
Thanks,
Adam

Re: b&m shifter...is it a ripper?
Well it wasn't all that notchy when it was in the car. No where near as notchy as my pro 5.0 is.... And it was a little tricky to catch third smoothly.
Re: b&m shifter...is it a ripper?
It was an aftermarket shifter, B&M never made a shifter for the T56 from the factory, so yes its a ripper... Just be glad you have one of the best shifters for the T56 right now
