B-body trans in F-body?

will this work, what has to be changed?

As long as it's the same year, it'll work. You'll have to change the tail housing, if you're using a trans. mounted torque arm.

If I can not get a 94 (fbody), what will I have to do for the 95+ (bbody)to work?

I wouldn't advise even trying to swap them. To do it CORRECTLY, you'd have to swap the pump, valve body, seperator plate, and wiring harness.
