One question...Why? It takes alot of money to build a 2004R to handle any power. You'd need a custom crossmember, and driveshaft. How would you run an electronic speedo off a transmission that only has mechanical speedo provision? What are you going to hook your torque arm to? You'd also need a '93 style throttle body, and TV bracket.
To answer your question...alot of money and fabrication.

A 700R4 is a much better choice for a '94. They originally came with 700's in '93, so all the parts are available to make one work. You'll still need a '93 style throttle body and TV bracket, though.

get a th350 or th400. There is no reason to put a 200r4 in these cars. I thought the 200r4 came in the V6s only also. The bellhopusing would not fit the LT1

I would have confidence in Frank to build you a 60e that could live into the 9's and cost less than a 2004r.
