94 4L60E Clunking sound

A week or so ago i went to launch my car on a back road, (in broad daylight of course) and as soon as i mashed the gas it sounded like the driveshaft was clunking against the bottom of the car. took it to a buddys house and looked it over, no wiggle room or anything that looked wrong. the car is fine just driving through town and under 1/2 throttle. anything more and it starts clunking again. dont know if i should worry or just baby it for a while.
