No. No.
94 will work only with a 94 PCM file and harness (switched converter lockup)
95 will work only with a 95 PCM file and harness (pulse width modulated lockup)
96 will only work with 96 or 97 PCM file (pulse width modulated, but different internal shift strategy in the trans).
