700-r4 owners

I have a 94 Z with a th-350 temporarily installed in my car. I want to go to a 700 -R4 which came stock in 93 Zs. I had a t-56 before the Th-350 and I don't want to buy a whole new wiring harness from Painless for $800 to make the switch to the 4l60-e.

Does anyone have a pictrue or diagram of the TV cable that is connected to the throttle body? I have been told that I will need to get this hooked up on my 94 for the tranny to work properly.

Pictures anyone?

I have the '93 Camaro cable, and brackets in stock. You'll need a '93 style throttle body, though.

Frank,

Thanks for the pictures.

Why do you need the cable? Can the tranny be made into a full manual valve body like the TH-350 and run without the cable?

Will my 94 throttle cable work with a 93 TB?

Send me a PM and let me know how much the cable and the brackets will be. I'll get them from you if I go the 700 route.

I need to make my decision tomorrow between a TH-350 and the 700. Having to spend $320 on the 93 TB when I just bought a new 58mm TB may put me over the top.

Manual valve body 700R4, and build sheet in your PM box.

Thanks,

Frank,

Is that a reverse patttern valve body or standard?

Sorry, I've been trying to get back to you on this. The manual 700 valve body is a reverse pattern.
