700 hp t56

I was wondering what and where the best aftermarket t56 would be for about 700 hp or so. I'm very new to this stuff, thanks.

You really should use the search function, as this has gotten a lot of discussion here in the last year or so. Many people may not be interested in re-posting what has been hashed over so often in the past. Once you have done a search and have a more specific question you may get a better response.

I agree with Rich on this one.

I will give you a quick reply

A stock T56 can take alot of abuse. I am putting down over 700 rwhp with my stock T56. The only upgrade being a McLeod Street Twin clutch (which IMHO is a must).

Most people get there internals cryo'd once they start breaking stuff. There is also a company called D&D performance that sells an upgraded 30 spline (Viper output shaft) output shaft upgrade for our transmissions. My suggestions would be wait til you break something before you decide to rebuild your tranny.
