140k miles i was driving regular last week and it slamed into 2nd and chirped the tires, now it feels like the brakes are on in overdrive but 3rd is fine? and grinds 2nd? and when you manually put it in 1-2-3 it goes into neutral until like 3000 rpms?and now the fluid turned brown and smells

tranny was rebuilt last year? did it blow out again? help me before i take it in...

 

This sounds like it's related to the over-run clutches and/or input sprag. If the fluid is in that bad of condition, it's a safe bet that It's time for another rebuild.
