4L60E 3rd gear confused..

ok i and my transmission rebuilder are stumped by this.. i dont think its good that he is 0_0 ... anyway here goes, shifting into 3rd gear at between 1/2 and 3/4 throttle the trans "slips" into 3rd gear i.e. it starts to shift at 4k and revs like neutral till it snaps in and shifts hard into 3rd.. now snaping and shifting hard?! clutch is obviously still making good contact so wth is slipping? and at WOT it hits the rev limiter once if not driven much that day then again shifts hard, if i drove it a lot that day it hits it twice then shifts hard, and the fluid is full, checked it every day since it started this... trans was JUST rebuilt less than 2k miles ago and has a B&M transpak installed, im thinking the trans pak is teh weak link because it is still the same one from the burnt trans as far as i know.. would running the same shift kit that was in the trans when it died cause problems? (drove it from the house to the shop after the trans was very very gone anymore than 1/8 throttle and it slipped lol) so anyone have any advice, because this is rediculous =/ oh and if it helps barks 1st to 2nd at less than half throttle and just shifts firmly after that until a good quick shift at wot.. third gear shifts hard at half throttle and i already explained what it does beyond that... sorry for the long post but i can't explain it without being longwinded =/
forgot to mention the car is a 94 Z28
thanks in advance for any help

have you checked your accumulators, maybe they're not sending pressure fast enough.

sounds like somethin to check at the very least, i do remember reading somethin about that in the troubleshooting faq on the back of the shift kit instructions.. ill have that checked tomorrow afternoon along with anything else you guys can come up with, as yall know there's no drain plug in the trans as they come.. (which is something else i need to add lol), so the less i have to get inside the trans the better, so ild prefer to know EVERYTHING i need to check the first time

What you're feeling is called a "flare". It's related to a timing problem. It may be your 3-4 clutches not coming on quick enough.

If your mechanic can't get it right, I know someone who can

yeah, if it doesnt get taken care of this time im gonna try to talk him into sendin it to someone who can but thats what he said it was, not sure if he knows how to fix it cause he said somethin about replacing all the seals and the 3-4 clutches... but i think he knows whats goin on cause he did mention somethin about the fluid not allowing the clutches to engage or it taking too much pressure to engage them.. thanks though!
