You would have to check the overall width of the assembly, to see if it fits. If not, it might need to be narrowed. You would have to determine if the truck rear has a limited slip diff, if the gears are the ratio you want, and whether it needs to be rebuilt. Then you would have to strip all the brackets off your 10-bolt rear, and weld them onto the 12-bolt without warping the axle tubes. Finally.... and this it the tricky part... you need to find a way to attach your car's torque arm to the 12-bolt.
I knew someone who did it, and he said he would never attempt to do it again, and would not recommend it to anyone.
