I just checked my driveshaft and it's -7 (front end was jacked up, rear tires on the ground) and the flat spot on the bottom of the torque arm bolted to the rear end is -7(front end was jacked up, rear tires on the ground). My pinion angle is 0. What are the negative affects of this angle? It's suppose to be 2 to 3º or -2 to -3º?

I'm going out on a limb here, the drive shaft has nothing to do with your pinion angle, and shouldn't be an issue unless your talking about a 4x4 camaro with a lot of lift.
the measurements you need are the bottom of the body and the pinion angle, the pinion should be pointing toward the ground -2* from the body's line or sub-frame connectors
some idiot had a very crude drawing recently do a search for "torque arm issues"

While, in theory you need to verify that the centerline of the tranny is parallel with the centerline of the pinion shaft, that not really necessary, unless you've somehow altered the way the engine sits in the chassis. Its generally adequate to measure the driveshaft angle, measure the pinion shaft angle, and make sure they form a slight "\/" with the nose of the pinion shaft pointing down one to three degrees relative to the driveshaft. That way, under heavy load, when the nose of the pinion shaft kicks up in response to heavy torque loads, the pinion shaft and the driveshaft will be straight, minimizing loads on the U-joint. The instructions from the manufacturers like Spohn recommend this procedure.
