Who exceeded/met/fell short of their '02 goals?
Kinda did, kinda didn't. Wanted to get my car well into the 9's. (1/8 mile) Didn't do it in the Camaro, unfortunately, but the new mustang did it quite well-and traction was horrible at the track the day I ran my best, posted below. Can't wait to try it again.
i fell short of my planned ET by 0.2 .. but exceeded my MPH expectations .. ran a best of 12.1 @ 116 mph NA stock internals .. heads and cam ..
suspension was the limiting factor ...
should be taken care of so i can put my mph where it belongs . in the mid 11s

my only real goal for this pass season was to get into the 11s, one way or another. i still have one more trip to the strip before i officially call it quits until next season. i havent hit 11s yet, but i hope to do it in another week and a half.
wish me luck!

I didnt really set many goals for the year because I had not done much to the car. I did however want to get at least a 13.5 @103 mph. I did manage to get the mph but the traction was not there. My SFCs, LCAs, and relocation brackets sat in my garage all summer too. They are still sitting too.
'03 goals
1.) Install suspension components
2.) Do all the other things I have been meaning to do.
3.) Cam, springs, etc. (spring)
4.) run 12.5s

hmmmm....
goal: 9 sec. pass ---> fell 0.15 short
thanks to three lifters going south on me!
goal: full pass without nitrous shutting off---> yeah!!!! installed a custom made aluminum w.o.t switch bracket and voila! no more problems!
goal: low 11's on motor---> i am happy with 11.3 @120 for now...
this coming season......
10's on motor... a 9.93 on spray
(or better) i can not be the first ... but i can be the fastest(crazier things have happened)
also one more goal..... not to break anything that'll cost me more than a grand

I fell a full 2 seconds short damnit. I wanted a 13.90 @ ~97-99 but that didnt come close to happening. Just ran out of time and money, the usual story.
Next year it'll happen though. I still wanna run an 11.90 on n2o with a 305 tbi, we'll see what happens.

I had 3 goals... and I didn't make them till begiening of summer.
I wanted a 15.649 1/4 (make fastest n/a 3.4L on v6 timeslip page)
I wanted a 9.999 1/8th
I wanted a 1.999 60'
I ran a 15.456, beat goal by nearly .2
I ran a 9.8 1/8th beat goal by nearly .2
I ran a 2.027 60' didn't make it but still close.
I also got mroe track time and a better understanding of autocrossing, still need lots of work there.
I think I did very good this season, most considering I got to the track like 3 times last semester, I usually average 8-10 times. Jsut was too busy.

all the important pieces have been cryogenically frozen. i have pulled over 150 #'s out of the car and on race days i'll be at almost 200 #'s lighter total from what is was last year.
bring on some consistent 1.3x 60' times!
I just couldn't hook for sh*t!!!!
I bought worn et streets and took a chance cause the nitto's won't hold up to the nitrous
Sigh, spun to a 12.4
on the 100 shot
I desperately want 11's
I wussed out and tried a 125 shot and spun to the 1/8 mile w/ my et streets
Damn, all I need is new et streets to hook
