vibes

Okay, so since I have broken two 1LE tranny mounts (2nd afterI added my relo brackets ) I've switched to a ES poly unit. I've not got to make a pass in 6 months with all the suspension working.

Vibes galore. I knew it would happen since I still have the stock DS (new joints).

Here's the weird part....the vibe varies.

If I launch soft and roll on the throttle the vibe is liveable.

If I launch hard or drive normally...it can shake pretty bad, however, this is not a constant nor repeatable.

There are times the vibe is almost undetectable (back to the feel with the rubber mount). I have checked for alignment and everything looks okay. If I get time I will check my pinion angle and see where things are.

This is getting annoying on the commute (60-70mph can be quite shaky) and I know all that vibe isn't good for my drivetrain.

Ideas....? The u-joints are tight and properly seated. I can borrow a 3.5" LPE to see if that clears things up. I'm wondering why the affects (if it is the DS) seem to vary so much or if I need to look elsewhere (the pinion and bearings are tight).

thanks.
