Red face HAL/QA1 shock problem, HELP!

Ok, I'm a bit sad at the moment.

I've just got my complete HAL shock package, and on one of the front shocks the adjuster **** seems to be not working!

On the #1 setting, and even on #12, the shock can be compressed really easy... The other shock is dead firm at setting #4!

Please help, what should I do? I heard somewhere, you can readjust it in some way or what...

Have you banged the *** on anything or something like that?? You may have to send the shock out and have it rebuilt.. If so i could recomend a good place to have it rebuilt.. PM me if you have any questions... Later

No, it wasn't working right out of the box...
I was extremely easy on the ****, I heard you must not overtighten them...

Screw sending it out for a rebuild, send it back and get a replacement.

Thanks guys,
Thunder Racing got in touch with QA1, I hope they'll send me a replacement...
And yes, it was brand new, right out of the box, as I said earlier.

Thanks again!

That happens when you turn it too far to the right.. as if you were tightening it.. there are only 12 settings.. the bottom setting to the left is 1.. and count the next one as 2 so on and so forth.. for safe measure always go back to 1 prior to adjusting to a higher setting to further prevent going to far w/ the ****.. just some info figured might be beneficial..
