I trumped my 60' times this past weekend that are in my sig. I wait a day or so then add them to it, but the runs went like this:

old best: 1.983

new times (5/9/08): 1.946
1.944
1.983 - tied old best, last run of the night.

I didn't beat them by much, and that was at 20psi of air in the air bag, roughly 20lbs of air in each drag radial. Front sway still attached, still otherwise stock rear suspension, converter and gears. I missed my best ET by just a little bit (13.203 - best in sig). Rearend howling like mad driving down the road.

I wonder how long it would really take to get down the strip with 3:42 gears. I haven't done the math, but I'm pretty sure you'd never have to shift out of first. You'd smoke a clutch / overheat a converter, though.

I have videos (cell phone) of the launches and it seems to hook pretty good and even with a couple pro-shot pics of the launch, it seems to hook well, just slow. My best breakdown goes like this (combined from a couple of runs on different days) with the mods in my sig:

R/T: 0.032
60': 1.944
330': 5.531
1/8: 8.484
1/8mph: 83.95
1000': 11.033
1/4: 13.185
1/4mph: 104.93

My best 1/4 mile ET/mph was on the same pass at Maryland International Raceway on March 31st. It was great weather, and it netted all my best times/mph from the 1/8th mph on. On May 9th, the weather was humid, but ran all the times above from R/T through 1/8th mile ET. I don't seem to be picking anything up at the upper end of the track. But it runs very consistent. I was in a couple thousandths on three out of five passes that evening.

well 2 years later but i finally raced.

i didnt have nitrous but it was still a great improvment over my old times

i have ran a 9.8 with a 2.3 60' at this track and a 9.1 on 100shot.

that was with 4.10's and mt's

now i have a built tranny headers and a cut out and i ran a 8.7 with a 1.85 60' so i was happy with results. now i will spray a 125 shot and hopfully c some 7.6's!!!
