Mac off road pipe-lost 2.5/10th,s(60 fts)

I just ran my my 94 6/27/10.The first run was 13.53@100.86 w/2.06 60ft.,5.66(330)8.68(1/8)w/81.38 mph&11.30(1000).The 2nd run was not worth mentioning& 3rd.was 13.50@100.95 w/2.05 60ft.,5.64(330)8.66(1/8) w/81.46 mph&11.27(1000).The car should,ve run around 13.1,s or at least close to my times in sig.but never came anywhere closeSince my best 1/8 mph was 81 last yr. i,ve maybe picked up 3-4 hp& lost a huge amount of low end tqI drove the car on the street b/f going to track & drivability was worse, throttle response, bottom end tq. but i didn,t realize thus how s*** the car became.I,ve since re-installed my Walker hi-flow cat.& can,t believe the improvement(things are normal againThe off-road pipe was my only change. The sound was better, but car didn,t respond to the change.IMO this mod didn,t do a damn thing & i,m going to try that 52 tb next& run the car again in Sept. & see if i can get that 12 sec. time slip. What do you guys think?Any replies appreciated.

Please do not cross-post. You already have this in the exhaust forum.

along with a set of DR's and your good to go, 12's should not be a problem at all.

Update

I just ran again last weekend& now have my low-end torque backThe car was hard to hook up & i think my trap speed was down due to a slight headwind from the nw(around 25 mph).my best 60ft. was 1.87& et. was 13.35 w/a 8.48 1/8th mi.(a new best!).The other 60 ft,s were in the 1.9,s & some where even worse but again traction was a issue both days. The 1.87 60 ft. was done w/ a idle launch, no burnout, etc, yet when i tried other launch techniques i had traction problems.Btw i couldn,t get that 52 tb. in due time so that will wait till next year. Also does anyone know a site where you can do an "altitude corrected" to a timeslip;i used to use one from the GFBA but no longer can find it.Thanks
