The weird part is that you both have the same mods, the same drivetrain and trapped exactly the same means you are making probably the same amount of power. Using the every .15 60' rule, my buddy would run a a 13.5 on a 2.0 60' foot. It's just weird that his car would run almost half a second faster with the same powerband(atleast it should be).

Weather, deep vs shallow staging, how much gas is in the tank, synthetic or dino oil, tire size and pressure, launch rpms, lane choice, spin or no spin, temperature of the engine and tranny, barometric pressure, sun or shade, there are far too many variables outside the scope of the information provided to provide an informed opinion.

I bought spohn lca's and nitto drag radials, and I don't even bark a tire anymore with 3.73's. Just to add how important lca's and dr's are.
