96z with TC, WD at WOT shows 10.7, 02 sensors show 950mv, starts to surge, ltft and stft very within 3-7% up and down, no codes, have set everything I know to set and still no change, is there something I have missed. I don't understand this at all, idles good, no codes, runs great till the pe sends it to 10.7, cruises great, there got to be something that I have missed.

 

It does make sense. I have not seen in either one of your posts where you have calibrated the MAF. We have given information but have not seen where you have acted on it yet.

 

You really hurt your chances of getting a response by:

2) Failing to respond to the people who have tries to help you. WS6T3RROR asked several questions regarding your changes to the PE tables and you never answered him.

As evidenced by the first response above, you have to follow up with the help people are trying to give you.
