Camaro LT-1 No Start/Corvette PCM

Ok, so heres the deal. I bought a 383 from a guy with a 1996 Corvette. They converted it over to OBD-1, so everything plugged in. Now im not at home, my father is doing the work..im writing from Iraq...i go on leave next week so were trying to get it running before i get home. Now the motors in, we did a t56 swap, got rid of the a4. On trying to start it, he said all it would do is a relay click under the dash. He checked fuses and found fuse number 5 is blown. He replaced it, and it popped again. Now he bypassed the TDM so it turns over, but still no fuel. The guy with the computer said he "thinks" they disabled the vats, so the fuel pump dosent work. Now is there other issues in a corvette pcm tune that could be causing this issue? I am going to have PCM4Less hook me up on a camaro m6 program, but id like to identify if there is some other problem before i send the computer out. To mine and his understanding, fuse 5 is the VATS fuse...anything else? Maybe someone has some info that could give me a clue? Ive read the forum for hours, and have some good info, but nothing specific.

Per the 94 Owner's Manual, fuse #5 in the dash panel is for the VATS and the fuel pump relay. Have you tested the fuel pump using the prime connector near the PCM?

The Corvette also interlocks the fuel pump operation to the oil pressure switch, but that is hard wired, not done through the PCM.

Success

Turns out, the corvette coil has the exact same plug in as the MAF. Swapped coils, plugged in MAF with correct plug, and fired up first try. How about that.
