wierd esc code 43 knock sensor problem
obd-1 95 lt1
Im throwing the 43 code knock sensor
So I replace the knock sensor same error
I then go and plug the laptop in and start up pcmcomm, light goes away humm I tell it to reset the code. Code doesn’t come back. Then I turn off the laptop and the code comes back
I load up pcmcomm light goes out (light = ses) Click disconnect from pcmcomm light come back

Did you check the single wire from the PCM to the sensor? +5V at the pin in the plug, with the plug disconnected. Reattach the plug, and read from the pin to the block, should be +2.5V.
